CEM-D

      CEM-D is a precise and compact machine for the chemical engraver and embossing cylinder manufacturer. CEM-D mounts hollow cylinders. Machine made of anti corrosive material coated ms welded structure, separated in to chemical and washing tray. Presser roll mounts on top side of the machine; it has pressed the cylinder evenly. PLC controller controls the complete etching process.

Operating

      The controller mounts on right side of the machine assures the most comfortable working condition. CEM-D is a semi-auto etching machine with simplify operating functions. The operating functions are cylinder rotate speed setting, chemical and washing trays selection, cylinder etching time, pressure of cylinder etc.The controller is suitable for integrated in embossing cylinders manufacturer.
